Based on what he has learned, he often has 3 or 4 more things to try, if I want him to do more troubleshooting.

Rick does a great job of getting my new Websites up and running quickly. He is really good when I know pretty much what I want. If I don't, he wil ask a lot of good questions to nail down what I want, but it takes longer if he has to do this.
